Can you use a Hunter's gun?

No. Not without hacking the game.

Until you can hack your game, or make unnessessary glitches or cheats, you can't equip the Hunter's Gun. If you just want a powerful weapon, then look for the "Plasma Rifle" disguised Scarab Gun only on Metropolis on top of a building, but you'll need a banshee to get it.

*Be careful; you can kill yourself with it.*

No, but on the pc you can mod/hack it into the game. but you cant do it without hacking. sry.
