Can I get the extra maps with the Xbox 360 version?

I notice that Xbox Live Marketplace does not even have Halo 2 listed. Does this mean I can't get the extra multiplayer maps, or does the game somehow find a server to download them from?

Alternatively, can I download the Multiplayer Map Pack disc to my Xbox 360 hard drive?

Do I need a Gold Xbox Live subscription to download the maps, or is Silver sufficient?

Yes you can download them on the 360. To do this you load up the game, go into x-box live and sign in. In the lobby there will be a "download content" option. Select it and you can download all of the maps.

The only problem with the above answer is that as of right now the downloader for Halo 2 is not allowing any map downloads so I would say you are out of luck until the issue is resolved by Bungie.
