The maps are mostly small ones made for 2-8 people but the big ones are about as big as quagulation. The graphics aren't any different for them. Since most people have gotten tired of the original maps everyone proably agrees that the new maps are better. Even I haven't played the older maps lots, the new ones still are better because you can activate things on the maps like opening, closing gates etc. The map pack has the maptacular and the killtacular packs plus some bonus features like a short cut-scene on what happened to the other pelican when the scarab shot yours down on outskirts. Also theirs a documentary on the new maps and what Halo 1 would've been like.
