This game is extremely refreshing and I'm going to remember it for a long time.

Long ago, there were heroes and legends. Where they've gone to epic journeys in order to maintain the equilbrium of darkness and light. You are such a hero, except you're not really going on a very long journey to stop a spell that would (like most rpgs) take days, weeks, months or even years to perfectly execute. No, you only got 30 seconds to do all that, doesn't sound fun and short? Trust me, there's more than what the title conveys.

Story: 9/10, This game isn't really serious in context like most rpgs. There's alot humor in it that just makes you smile as you play. The narrator is pretty witty and hilarious. Basically, you're hero who is being aided by the time goddess to stop this spell from spreading, this spell ends the world in exactly 30 seconds. There are four stories and each character is pretty memorable and likable, hell even the evil lords are likeable. Each game mode starts at a different time, and all of them inter-link with each other.

Gameplay: 10/10
There are four modes in which you play:

Music: 10/10
I love every single sound track, which is pretty techno and rockish made by the awesome band, The Alfee.

Hero: Traditional Fast Paced RPG
As the caption above says, this game mode starts with the Hero, in a traditional final fantasy, dragon quest- esque game. You start with level 1 everytime you start a new mission and rack up some experience withthin3 minutes and get money within 30 seconds, however , visting villages will pause the time and most of them have the goddess stature to extend your time. Each level is set up with obstacles before you get to the evil lord, you keep all your equipment after beating it but any equipment you get after a mission cant not be used during replay. It's really great.

Evil Lord: Real time strategy

This was one of my favorites as you play as a beautiful evil lord that's obsessed with himself and anything that's beautiful. Almost everything he says is pretty rediculously stupid and funny as he goes on a journey to gain minnions, strengthen his power and lift the curse of his wife. As the caption implies, you get to summon minions to attack anybody that opposes you, each level has different arrays of enemies so plan ahead on what units to select when fighting them, you can even control wild monsters to bring dissaray on the enemies. If you don't have enough time, you can pay all your money for reset in the time, however don't use it too much as the remaining money can be used to upgrade the evil lord!

Princess: Shoot em' up

You play as princess who is trying to find a cure for the king's illness. She isn't your average princess though, she becomes more violent whenever she gets to yield a giant cross bow. A bunch of guards comes with you and race to the objective, while the princess shoots barrages of arrows on enemies. There are quests in which you can upgrade your bow, cross the skies and walk on seas. You gain time by using the mat that the goddess put since she has a 30 second curfew... really?

Knight: Action

This part takes place where the time goddess dies, and the monsters control the entire world, leaving the humans crippled and in despair. However, one powerful sage revives a fallen knight in order to go on a journey to awaken the Hero. Instead of timing being against you, time is now your ally as each level, you must protect the sage from monsters by using objects and traps, or the surroundings for 30 seconds so he can cast the spell of destruction to wipe them out! Prepare for alot of running!

Verdict: 10

There's alot of modes and replay value, extras and even co-op! I really can't find anything too bad about this game, it's just plain fun, fast paced, humerous, colorful, and addicting. A retrogame that really bring out the word "refreshing"
