The "noobs" are coming!
Gameplay: 5/8
You choose your direction, toggle the angle, and set the power. How hard can it be? Very. Especially if you need that 1/100 of a bar's worth of power, and you accidentally hit 5/100. The result? Your shot goes astray, and you hit yourself. You have to dedicate a lot of thinking and strategy to plan out your assault, especially in those 4vs4 Score games. Not too hard, not too easy.
Graphics: 6/8
For a game of its time, it has very good graphics, since its free for the most part. The cute "Anime-style" sprites plus the mobiles. Combine it with the background, you get something you don't see everyday.
Music: 5/8
My favorite being the Sudden Death theme, it suits the battling arena in the game. However, odd matches such as the peaceful snow arena, with a fast-paced Techno beat, makes you wonder, "wtf?" at times. Adding some background sound effects would also be nice, especially in Map B of Metropolis. Speaking of which, the sound effects that are associated with attacks are accurately made, realistic-sounding.
Community.: 2/8
Yes, the core of a MMO. Its community. One would expect a newbie-friendly community with the combination of elements stated above. But, it seems the opposite that is displayed here. All around, you can always see the word "noob", s**t, and the occasional(not really) F. Misuse of words (such as noob) can always be seen, everywhere. I'm sorry, but this just does not make it through, with all the disrespect and pointless arguing.
Overall: 3/8
It would not be fair to say that its a horrible game just for its community. But, as everyone has their own tastes, this game might be the perfect one for you, if you are willing to endure the silence.
