If you can grab this game for a bargain price, I would definitely recommend it (got it new for $9.99 not too long ago).
In order to keep spoilers to a minimum, I will be generic in stating things.
The game centers around the main character chasing down the gang that was responsible for the death of someone close to him. You will start off in a limited area of what will become a fairly open ended area. As the story progresses, your "world" will expand, allowing you to travel between two small western towns, among other places.
One thing the game offers that increases the shelf life of the product is side quests...lots of them. Although it should be noted that some of the side quests are a bit repetitive. By doing side quests, you earn cash and up your stats, making you stronger and allowing you to buy weapon upgrades.
The story itself is decent, and I found the voice acting and cut scenes enjoyable (there are some notable names lending their voices to this title). The gameplay mechanics are pretty smooth and become fairly automatic once you get used to them. A standard tutorial will introduce you, although I wish changing weapons was a bit smoother.
All in all, a good title, but not a lot of value playing again once you have done it all.

This is a very good game; if only the main story was longer.

Had the graphics been a bit more sophisticated, and the plot more deep, this could have been a perfect game.
