Oooooh, so close to being one of the most awesome games ever. Still a keeper though.

Never played a western before. Really enjoyed so many elements of this game. Unique; rather, yes. Innovative; actually, yeah in some ways. Good story; yes actually. Hard to put down, and lots of little side things you can do outside the storyline. Great soundtrack. Wish they sold it. (Anyone?)
Buuuuuut, it freakn crashed on me three TImes, all the cut scenes were ruined by the fact that it would completely distort the pixels, or just randomly stop for no reason. Controlling the horse on the PSP controls was awful, I would have walked if I could have, and you cannot underestimate the ridiculous amount of people that you kill. Lots of going back and foruth between places, but hey it's suppose to be experiencing the openness of the west. (Even though you can get from place to place in less than thirty seconds.)
However, those were the only moments I can think of that were taking me out of what is an easily immersible, addictive game that you won't be able to put down, even after the last bullet is fired. Especially since the have a quick game mode that let's you do a bunch of stuff even after the game story is over.
You get an array of weapons, everything from a six shooter to a bloody cannon, and they space the acquisition out just right so that you get a new weapon right about the Time you want a new one.
Play this game. It's a keeper.
Even though it'll aggravate the hell outa you to have it crash, you'll be happy to reset it so you can keep playing.
Hopefully they fix this on the next one. I'll be in line for it.
