This is the best Guitar Hero in the series and i would recommend that you buy this if you enjoy virtual music GH Games.

User Rating: 9 | Guitar Hero World Tour (Guitar Kit) PS2
I would like to start out by saying the soundtrack is definitely the best thing about this game, such as Fleetwood Mac - Go Your Own Way, Steely Dan - Do it again - Satch Boogie - Joe Satrini, and more,

This game has a big variety of songs to choose from. It comes with 87 default songs, But i am reviewing the Playstation 2 version. So it does not have online play or GH tunes. So I am rating it 9.0 instead of 10. The reason why it should have online play is because all of your friends may suck. I was play Guitar Hero 3 About a month ago with some friends, And they couldn't even beat hit me with your best shot on easy. So thats why you should have online play on any game on any system. Now, lets talk about the music studio. The music studio was pretty much a disappointing feature. You can barely hear the bass, no vocals, Single notes and two note chords sound the same, Such as a G-Y chord sounding the same as a plain G note. And once you finish developing your song, You notice it just doesn't sound too much like real music. But never mind that, This game is for all ages and skills because of course being able to select your difficulty, A new difficulty added is the Beginner difficulty to where all you have to do is strum when a line comes. And a new feature is that now you can play bass in concert. But one complaint. They added a stupid new note called the open strum to bass. Where you can strum without having to hold down a note. Thats whenever you come across a note lower than green. I hate it because it confuses me and personally, I think it would be a lot better to just go with five notes, not six. But overall, i think you should by this game if you enjoy virtual music or playing guitar. And before I finish, I would like to point out that there is now the drumset and the vocals, So you can play with a full band.
