Is great but could be better

If you don't know what Guitar Hero is by now... you've been hiding under the world's biggest rock.

Guitar Hero IS the world's biggest music video game franchise. The games seem to be getting bigger as time carries on. And this is no exception. Guitar Hero III is the best and one of the hardest Guitar Hero games to date. This is a good thing and yet a bad thing as well.

It's good because there's always a challenge... until you pass all the songs of course (except for Through the Fire and Flames, the uber insane song by DragonForce). It's bad because if you do pass all the songs, no other Guitar Hero game has this much of a challenging setlist to date.

Guitar Hero III: if you've played Guitar Hero before and are good at it, then this game is a no brainer. If you are a newcomer to the series then you could buy this game, but you will need a lot of free time to master this game.

Overall I give this game two ratings:

9.5/10 for series veterans

8/10 for newbies
