...So a friend of mine bought me Guitar Hero: Aerosmith for PC because I found it for a dollar. Downloaded some customs people made. Unfortunately, I don't have a compatible guitar controller, so I have to use the keyboard.
You could get a bluetooth adapter and be able to use your Wii Guitar with it, since Wiimotes connect to stuff using bluetooth.
On a side note, I originally got good at GH because of Frets on Fire, which I only played with a keyboard.

The 360 Xplorer has a USB cable (it's not wireless), and I'm pretty sure all the PS3 instruments that are wireless have dongles. If you get a wireless 360 guitar though, Microsoft made adapters that connect wireless controllers to the PC, which would work.
If you go the second way, you might have to get another program that changes gamepad input to keyboard input, since I think GH3 only registers the input from the Xplorer when it's wired (as that's the guitar that came with the game if you bought it for PC).

And I already have JoytoKey, since I was getting my wireless guitar that came with Guitar Praise to work with GH:A. But unfortunately, the GP guitar is a piece of steaming crap. The strum bar feels awful, the buttons sometimes don't let go of a note when you do, sometimes don't hold down a note when you do, the wireless signal is evidently quite weak, as these problems get exponentially worse the farther away you move from the computer, etc. etc. etd. X/

I got a PS3 GH3 guitar today. Can't wait to play some Dragonforce customs.~
If only my PC would stop crapping itself when I try installing GH3, I could play. Even though it's a laptop, it can still get a good 300 FPS in-game, where anything above 60 has no lag (although there's the occasional lag spike).
Back when it did work though, I FC'd the first hard Jordan solo (Solo B or something).

And unfortunately, my computer lags a little when I play GH, even though I have the screen resolution set as low as I can and turned off all the graphics options except the note highway itself. X(
Have you looked at scorehero to try and find the program that replaces all the art assets with just black pictures?
Also, would anybody want to try out what I have so far of my Pokemon game? I'm mainly just needing feedback on the font that's used and the design of the menus.
