i re-bought a ps2 after 4 years just to play this game, its THAT good!

this is basically your average rythm game, pressing a series of coloured buttons in time with a beat, but its how it does it that makes it stand out from the crowd.
if you buy the £50 edition, with the guitar controller you play it like a guitar, with fret keys and a strum bar to play, straight away this amps up the fun level, especially in multiplayer with more than one guitar controller at once.
while the songs arent as good as its predecessor its still a great party game and addictive in single player, whilst it is very difficult, when you start getting a 5 star rank on the harder settings you cant help but feel a little proud of the achievement, if you like rock music or just want something a little different then i can really recommend picking this one up.
