Highlight Arcade or M.O.M at the Main Menu and hold Dust button, then start playing. Unlock Kliff and Justice

Play the game for more than 48 hours, or beat Survival Mode at level 1000. Do the following at the character selection screen. This also works for EX characters, and possibly all GG modes.
