No, thats a waste of time.
confirmed for knowing nothing about business
Confirmed for knowing nothing about how anything works.
The ONLY reason any company would refund your idiocy (no, not YOU specifically) is if you whine and complain non stop. And the only reason they would do it, is to shut you up.
Actually, no. Let me elaborate.
A company can and usually will refund a misclick. That's ceary a mistake. We're talking about someone who bought a FULL set seemignly completely blind. That's not normal.
if that's even true.

I know in WoW they would refund you if you submitted a ticket but not sure if ArenaNet would or not, doubful but you can try.
Please provide proof.
It's common knowledge for those who play WoW.
Their customer service actually does things to help the other players.

Xeeh, honey?
"common knowledge" isnt proof.
Besides, I know people who played the living heck out of WoW. Nobody has EVER gotten a refund for something they bought. Accidentally giving a soul bound item to the wrong person in a dungeon, yes. All the time. Bought items? Never. Especially not if you were stupid enough to get a full set that you cant use.

Not a bro, bro. And I will, bro.

Also usually one that says soulbound on aquire.
Look for those next time before you go making purchases.
This. Somebody's lack of reading comprehension is just so lulzy.
But if it makes you feel better you can continue to blame your own idiocy on ANet.
