I don't mind the boobage, but there's a lack of male characters.
Anyone got a nice looking male Thief? I hit level 60 on my Thief and my armor STILL looks like vomit.

As expected, all the rangers with medium armour look crap. Im too embarrased to post my ranger sorry. Anet seriously need to add something thats not a trechcoat and pants and massive wellies.
I will come back in around a month or two once i have the tier 3 cultural.

Level 10 Thief. Life is keeping me busy right now.
Coincidentally, the fact that I can log in briefly and feel like I've made some progress, or really have fun in a short amount of time available, makes this game great.

If you just rely on random drops your looks won't change much. A lot of the cooler looking gear is either crafted or rewards from personal story/dungeons. The good news is you can buy a lot of the crafted gear for really cheap, I'm talking like 5-10 silver for the set, then you may want to transmute it so it has better stats.
