Cute game, but has inability to save

I had the PC version, and I have logged in hours in this game. When I saw this in the used/discount games in the local video game store, I thought I had to get it for my Playstation. I was willing to start over. However, to my dismay, there's no way for you to save like you could with the PC version. You get a full health, but no saves. I was really disappointed with that. I just don't want to sit there for 10 hours or so to complete this game. If you rent it, it may be better, and you may be able to beat it in one sitting.

Cute game, cute graphics, simple interface, great for any casual gamer, but not for core gamers, not for those who only play games 1 to 2 hours at a time.
