simply amazing - one of the best beat em up games i have ever played
it manages to merge multiple story lines, brilliant magic, high octane action and well proportioned characters all into a game, and successfully at that.
Guardian Heroes is fun be it in single player or two player mode. it keeps the excitement of the game going with multiple endings, multiple paths, and a well done up arena mode which by itself can make up a totally new game.
the spells and moves available to you for each character will simply blow you away. once you get going, you'll be surprised at all the combinations and combos you can execute - and all with very simple controls similar to street fighter like actions.
i cannot think of anything really wrong with the game except for the occasional slow down whenever a big spell is cast among a group of many enemies. and the sound track isnt all that great either. having quite a few tunes repeated over and over again is fine as long as somoe of them arent irritating - which some are. all in all, if you're looking for something to play and for something extremely fun, you cannot go wrong with Guardian Heroes. if you can find the game and afford it, get it now
