I private messaged Ken Balough on Sega Forum and he responded that it comes down to team availability to create a port to PSN. And Ken will keep helping us to push in the request! Do NOT lose faith!!!

Treasure probably had an exclusivity deal with Microsoft. When that runs out, they'll most likely port it to the PS3.
Given how well it did in Japan on the 360 of all consoles, they'll probably get a helluva lot more sales on the PS3 than the 360 (Think Tales of Vesperia).

It makes sense. Castlevania HD broke records when it was a 360 Summer of Arcade release. The PS3 version didn't release until very late September last year. Timed exclusive deal would make sense, otherwise they wouldn't have waited this long to make money off a port. Other examples are Streets of Rage 2, which 360 had long before it appeared on PS3.

Sweet. I'm glad you posted this because I was ruminating about a PSN release of Guardian Heroes now. I use to be a big collector and now I'm just down to one console. I have a PS3 to play Yakuza. I was dreading getting a 360 just to play Guardian Heroes and a few other titles. Really hope this happens.
Though, have you noticed how Radiant Silvergun, Bangai-O and Ikaruga all are not on PSN? Makes you wonder if Treasure has a grudge against Sony.

I am not sure about the whole grudge thing, I am sure there are some PS2 exclusive from Treasure.

Did you post that private message there with their permission? It would be less likely to approve if people in Sega are against it and find out who is trying to get Sega to bring Guardian Heroes to PSN too.
Well you can tell there is competition in Sega because different developers/teams have different interests.
So it helps to keep private messages private unless that Employee wants their message to be known by the community.

Well, I am honest with you, I did not get Ken's permission to post that private message. And what do you mean when Sega finds out who is trying to get Sega to bring Guardian Heroes HD to PSN. I mean even if they did find out who, what will happen? Not bring the game over? Beside I am also part of the "community" that you are talking about. If they dont want me to know anything, Ken can just say " I am sorry, I am not allowed to say anything at this moment.

maybe they are waiting for the Q1 big releases to go by before making an announcement. We definitely know PSN won the poll for Guardian Heroes.

maybe the PSN version will have 20 players versus? ^_^ lol j/k 12 players+bots is already awesome, I would use that mode like a daily international sport! ^_^
