3rd Limit ability

I've only gotten Crevanille's from doing the most physical damage, and Eliza's from finishing her side quest during vacation. How do you get the others? And is it possible to get everyones third limit ability?

check this out its for the PS2 version of the game and in some ways its better than the walkthrough for the PSP version. I think it is the exact same game so everything should match up. I use the PSP walkthrough and the PS2 walkthrough for detailed stuff like doing sidequests.
It shows how to get the limit abilities near the bottom have fun
