Final Dungeon Unfamiliar Floor Panel?

You all probably notice it.. at the final dungeon on the 1st floor there is unfamiliar floor panel at the center area which has to be "LOCKED"? And because of that that floor makes me curious until now. Is anyone here manage to access/run that floor panel? Is there some sort kind of switch to make it run?

*please note* i have the 6 gemstones(Ruby, Sapphire, Jade, Amethyst, Topaz and Diamond) and already placed it on their respective pillar. After I've done doing it there is still no reaction on that "Unfamiliar Floor Panel"

Sorry if my English is bad but i know you understand what i meant. So please help.

I think that is just the landing spot of the first floor if you fall down a pit on the higher floors. There is no secret to it.
