    This game is great.
I hope there will be a "2", with some new features to the original.
Customizing the cars might be a fun thing, even if just cosmetically.

Umm, there was no mention of split screen. Is that not an option? If so, complete turn-off. No racing game should be put on the market without split-screen.

It is very arcadey, but it never said on the back it was a sim racer. I think Codies did a fine job and should be congratulated.

    @burnerfor10year

    You talking to me?
I have the PC version, as far as I know, there's no DLC for the PC at the moment, but even if there was, there's no way I would waste my money on it, because it wouldn't change the gameplay at all, just throw in new content.

I say Toca Race Driver 3 was better not because GRID is an arcade racing game, but because Toca had something for everyone. You want it to be arcade? Simulation? Or maybe a mix of both? You got it.

Just a few examples: GRID has(unlike Toca 3):

    -No qualifying
    -No car setup
-No tire wear or fuel usage
    -No pit stops
-Ridiculous physics (it seems that all cars are made for drift)

I'm not in any way a harcore race simmer, I also like arcade racers, but I think GRID, with this type of gameplay, would be better off as a street racing game. The only races I actually enjoyed here were the street ones and the demolition derby.

downloadable content on 360 increases the number of cars from 45 to 54,and on PS3,45 to 64,with the newly released pack

This game's too arcadey and dumbed down, and so is NFS Shift... nothing great here except the graphics....

Toca Race Driver 3 was much better than GRID, it had the perfect balance between simulation and arcade.

I thought some of the physics were off, like when you drive on grass. The physics seemed over exaggerated.

@DFen Its a part of a series by Codemasters but the first part of the name is taken out in america just like Colin Mcrae's DiRT is shortened to DiRT in North america (at least.).

I have this game on PS3 and is Nice game play but the only issue i have with it is the graphic on my HDTV is like on blur is look like is to much dust on the map . And i have NFS Shift and there the graphic is clean and bright but i don't like the Game play on NFS.
