Its just were it left off and it actually feels great..., doesnt usually happen when playing a second version! at least to me...
-About the cockpit view.. welll i dont use it, never have.. and aparently only 5 % of players do..? dunno, for me its not a set back.
-Other comments like.. "its the same". Well Grid I rivaled with GT 5, Forza Motor sport 3 until the end. Games that game out much later and are meant to be the best in ther genre.
So: "its the same" ? Welp.. if it not broken...some call Grid I Epic... anyway
Im really enjoying it, the only think thats pissng me off atm is the narrator, just like in Dirt3.. just shutup..
So... I do recommend.

Im on the fence still about this game.
I don't care about the cockpit view either.
I just hate how the cars don't come stock "looking"
Their is no way to remove the decals, stickets, and stupid high wing spoilers?

all of the liveries suck and i'm sick of racing on the side of a mountain while in the dark. grid 1 is way better and to think i waited five or so years for this crap

- Jun 1, 2013 9:59 pm GMT2 is ok. i'll play it to the end but... i really miss the way grid1 cars handled. they had a really cool sticky tire grip sensation in the physics. it gave the cars character. these cars dont have that kind of character at all. they just feel like basic game cars. same could be said about the tracks. the lack of fun hills and bumps that make the cars bottom out and jump around.. these tracks are just basic vanilla tracks. i guess it could be summed that they took out too much arcade and added too much realism.

I see they have invented a weapon that leaves buildings standing but kills the people inside..It's called a mortgage.
I wish there was a demo I loved Grid 1,but after seeing mixed reviews I don't want to purchase at full price...Might wait for a price drop.

Loved part 1. Part 2 has the same great grip racing experience. Its challenging and intense. The drifting(my fav thing) on the other hand is pathetic beyond belief! The drifting from part one was more true to the real thing, and still being playable by a wide variety of gamer typers. Part 2 threw that out the window and with it my interest in this game. That is all. I can play part one and enjoy even more....
