For the sole fact that he's in the Lego series he should be disqualified ROFL. And She is in 2 games (starcraft 2 is new). Not to mention she is a true video game villain. She was created solely for a video game. Darth Vadar is from a f-ing movie franchise with of course mediocre games to follow to grind out that money machine. Both are pretty crap choices in my opinion though.

Vader isn't a video game lore villain. He's a movie villain. His numerous appearances in games are irrelevant, it's the source that count, a source that predates all video games by at least 5 years.

@ Mephistoau it's true, SW is mostly humans vs humans, Starcraft, like Warhammer 40k deals more of alien contact and its repercussions. Tho Starcraft abandoned Warhammer's clear religious connotations for pure science fiction.

Kerrigan in Starcraft 1 was weak as hell, so a little facelift in 2010 doesn't make her ALL TIME best villain. Best villain of 2010 is pushing it even.
