One word to describe Vice City.........."Freedom". I have never played a game with so much free will before Vice city. One thing that all gamers want or 99/100 do is being able to do whatever the hell you want to. If you don't want to do missions or follow the story go rob some people, steal some cars, bash someone with a screwdriver, go exploring or just cruise around in your car listening to the best soundtrack in gaming history.

Vice City is so revolutionary it is hard to believe that a game such as it has been ever created. All I can say is that games have endless possibilities now ever since the Grand Theft Auto series has been transformed to 3D. It has broken all barriers and still does to this very day.
