Too good to be true

User Rating: 9 | Grand Theft Auto: Vice City PS2
I have to say that I was very surprised by this game. I definetely thought it would be better. Yeah, it might be the only game you can steal cars, run from the cops, and kill inocent people in, but does that neccessarily mean it's good. At first you might feel awesome in vice city, what with all of the freedom, but after a while you will get tired of it. The game is actually pretty fun in some parts, but there is definetely too much traveling from this place to your lawyer and back. The game has some great diolouge in some parts with a surprising story that is realisticly true to situations of the mob.
Graphics-totally awful, don't be fooled that gamespot gave the graphics a 9, they were just trying to boost the overall score of the game. The people are like walking blocks, and I asked myself many times if my TV was messed up because the graphics showed these blocky dull blobs on the screen.
Gameplay-There is tons of freedom and some great missions, but there are also some horrible ones.
Sound-There is no one beat, but some of the radio conversations and music and sound from the people are funny and good.
Value-it lasts
Bottom line: It's a must rent and see, but it is definetely overrated.
