GTA:Vice City is good for the 2nd best of all GTA but it definetly deserves a perfect 10 from me but its not quite as good as SA(Sand Andreas) but VC(Vice City) isnt by far!The game is nearly the same as SA but a SA is a little longer...

Gameplay:Bam!Die cop!Bam!Die guy!There is really nothing funner than any of the GTA series thats why I love them so much!You get missions from your lawyer, locals, and even gangsters and then you can even be loyal to gangsters but you can also be enemies with some like in SA!This game rocks!

Graphics:They look a little "Eh" like SA but they are still awesome for TPS and for it was made 4 years ago.The people are pretty awesomely animated and the voice-overs when you do whatever with them which makes it fun!

Sound:Awesome sound effects and realistic sounding guns!The cars, motorcycles, helicopters, dod planes sound just they they would normally sound.

Value:$15 bucks for this???Total PWNAGE!@!@!This awesome game for $15!?!?!

Overall:Cool game and is just an inch away from SA.If your a GTA fan buy it for an awesome deal of $15!!!!!
