An incredable GTA game, but a few bugs bring it down

User Rating: 8.5 | Grand Theft Auto: Vice City PS2
INTRO: GTA Vice City is a game that can offer hours and hours of fun driving and shooting action in classic GTA style, but at times the game can be incredibly frustrating and damn well annoying!

GAMEPLAY: Vice City is a very easy game to play, allowing you to gun down hordes of foes with just a few basic controls. Driving is just as easy, as the cars handle like a dream, this is a good thing for the game as it helps make up for the irritating sides of the game. The camera, is quite frankly, terrible! If you are standing still, the view changes to first person which can be very annoying and frustrating,. Pushing the analogue stick left makes the camera go right, pushing the stick up makes the camera go down! This is very annoying!

GOOD: A vast and interesting map to explore and cause havoc in, the map is just the right size. Of course the story and characters are outrageously over the top (which is a good thing) if this was any different it wouldn't have been a GTA game. The soundtrack and voice acting are both brilliant. In summary Vice City is very fun.

BAD: Frustrating no checkpoint missions, meaning failure means starting again. Very poor and annoying camera. Slightly boxy character models.

OVERVIEW: Vice City is a very fun, very rewarding gaming experience that is definitely worth the money. Even though bugs and annoying features bring It down.
