How do I get past d film studio mission?

D seaplane just floats lyk a boat.plz help

Ok thats your problem!when the sea plane is at suitable speed press 9 at the numpad so that it can fly and press 3 in the numpad so that it can go down .also u can press number 2 which is between'q' and 'w' to throw the charts that will do the publicity of the film that is XXX.hope u have understood.
