In two minds about getting this on release.. I don't think it'll be worth buying it for the PS3 if the PS4 is coming out afew months later then having to buy it again for that. Hopefully it'll be one of the games that will be released with the PS4 then i'll get it.
@Ghost-Eye Well if they do it will take awhile, I dont see them releasing a PS4 version after a few months. I guess it depends on how long you're willing to wait. If it takes a year or 2 or they could also just not do it... I'd rather play it day one and replay it later with a few new things in it. Its already been quite a long wait.
They better bring back the jet pack in GTA V and i hope we can have a garage to park in at the safehouse again,I have heard rumers that GTA V is coming out on March 15th.

I still would have prefered if they'd went the same way as Saints Row The third. No, i don't mean over the top and a bit retarded storyline, i mean being able to make your own char and STILL manage to tell a story and give your character lines. In fact, you could even choose their voice so it fit with the ethnicity you gave them. How cool was that? Oh yeah and did i mention you could choose gender too? Frankly, i find playing a predetermined character terribly old fashioned and passe and never as involving as when you can create your own. Ok so you have 3, there might be at least one i really like, but i wont like them as much as if id created them myself i can guarantee you that. I mean who really liked Niko Bellic? No one. You want the best GTA game? Make me chose not only his looks, but also give me choices in the game that reflect the personality i want my character to have. Well...maybe for the VI? To be honest despite all the retardation... i thought Saints Row the third was better than GTA IV. It was in fact, more closely related to San Andreas (best GTA game so far) than GTA IV was gameplay wise.
@Carton_of_milk You make it sound very simple but Rocktsar base their GTA on a deep character that you discover along the way. I dont see how they could make it like you said or it would just be the same characters but with different looks.
Btw I really liked Niko Bellic, he was an awesome character, think of it as if it was a movie or a t.v. show, you dont want to create your own characters in all movies and shows.
cannot purchase properties thats a huge disappointed considering thats what i like most about the game. looks like another gta that after you beat the story and tired of running around everywhere, there is nothing you control or own in a huge world, let me guess theres alot of buildings you cannot explore, why do we need to explore the ocean floor.
Hoping for no "locked content" BS! Are we going to get the full game when we buy it? Extra is extra, but I don't want the three people to have "15 intro missions" combined and Rockstar expecting you to pay more for the rest of the game.
Rockstar would be crazy not to release a PC version. Hopefully its open source for modding like GTA4.

Rockstar is probably holding off on announcing info on the PC release. Likely because they're focused on getting it out for console first. I'd expect to hear news regarding the PC version closer to console launch.

Honestly, I'll trade in customization for this 3 protagonist idea, which seems way cooler than giving my character a weird hair cut or pink shoes. This seems incredibly innovative and probably offers massive replayability.

1 Like I'm seeing a lot of comments about the whole lack of purchasing property thing. I don't remember GTA IV having any properties you can buy, didn't stop it from being one of the best games I've played to date
Having three protagonists doesn't make it any better than having one, unless they can develop each protagonist just as well as they would one.
i think the next two trailers will be the other two protagonists take on life in los santos because the first was all about the old rich guy ,its the only thing that would make sense to me. if this game is as fun to play as san andreas then its a winner the last ones story was good but fell short on the fun side of things
GTA series made ??its debut on the PC, then was ported to consoles ,so PC version would be a lack of respect for PC gamers....

@Psycold I play GTAIV on my pc with a ps3 pad... i cant imagine M&K being anygood for GTA?!
I use M/K for fps/rts (and if i played any MMO then that too) only these days.

If you only care about graphics I think there's a technical term for the kind of player you are.
Just look at GTAIV for one, after an eternity (and with a console like controller to play) the PC finally had, when consoles where starting to move on already.

I don't honestly care about the pros-and-cons of each system, I just am, have, and always will be a PC gamer (and have respect for console gamers, don't get me wrong), and would like to see certain games released for the PC.
