My first Grand Theft Auto game. Not much of a fan of the over-the-top violence and decadence, I actually really enjoyed the gameplay. The human race is a sinful species, it's no wonder games about murder and theft are the most popular.
Story - 7, not much of a story, mostly 'steal this, kill that' but the development of the three main characters have enough going on that it brings interest in their story up a bit.
Gameplay - 10, just great fun.
Visuals - 8, pretty good, but not as good as some other titles this late in the 7th generation.
Music - 7, not a fan of most of the radio stations, but some are quite amusing.
Controls - 8, pretty good for the most part. Changing weapons can be annoying.
Originality - 7, gameplay not too much different from GTA III or IV, so I hear, but the addition of three leads is worthwhile.
Characters - 10, 9 points for Trevor alone. Michael and Franklin are cool too.
Fun - 9, a lot of fun.
Overall - 8.2
Never played the online multiplayer so did not rate it.
