A visually amazing game, but you kinda think back on all the fun in vice city.
Car controls are good. and there's a great deal to see. the only difficulty you can have with the game is its 3 characters (which are all good) but using them can be annoying, you might want to buy a place, but only franklin can buy it, you've got the money but the other character that can buy the spot doesn't, you thought you had a shot gun but it was actually Micheal who had it. you get the idea.
Where most games limit you to a specific character switching can have its problems.
Story is also a issue, i often questioned myself "Why am i doing this now?" allot of it feels like it had a mission in mind for this level and they built the story around it.
a more difficult part of the story line is how you work for certain state departments then go around gunning the states officers. it feels out of place and wrong. at least when it was the mafia it made more sense.
Characters get introduced then forgotten about a mission later. law officials nag you then ignore you..wait?! doesn't anyone care that we gunned down 30 law officials for this job? that would be in world wide news!
Just don't expect a BREAKING BAD story line system, it doesn't care that much. but the missions can be allot of fun to pull.
but overall its a pretty decent and visually outstanding title, but sometimes i do miss vice city, its sound track and toto....GONNA SPEND SOME TIME DOING THE THING WE NEVER HAD.....

- you can replay missions & not have to restart from the beginning of them
- its pretty
- moving between characters can help reduce the time for moving about and bring you into some interesting events.
You'll hate
- storyline feels all over the shop
- TV shows are more misogynistic then funny (YEAH I WENT THERE!)
- not having the money when another character does
- no you can't buy that spot its not for you!
- bugs!
- missions sometime fail to explain themselves properly resulting unfair fail states.
i.e
i was meant to destroy a garbage truck but failed all the time after shooting it, turns out i needed to get into the get away car THEN blow it up. WHY?
- radio station's just... arn't as good as vice city
- it can feel a little too big at times.
- man i miss vice city, the ice cream, pizza man and collecting useful packages.
