Will there be a release date attached to the next trailer?

It's possible they haven't released the next trailer yet because the release date is still up in the air. I'm still predicting the release will be sometime next spring. I think once they're sure about the date they'll release the trailer and put "Coming spring 2013" or worst case scenario "Coming fall 2013" at the end.
I really hadn't been following this game at all since last winter so when I checked it out again a couple weeks ago I was pretty surprised a second trailer hadn't been released yet.

yeah, that's possible. The only good thing about it taking longer is that probably means there tryin to fit in as much as possible.

Or October 2012, because an 18 month or longer time period between the first trailer and the game eventually coming out seems unlikely and unlike anything Rockstar has done before. Not saying it's not possible, but there seem to be many more signs that point towards a Fall release this year. But we will likely know for sure in the pretty near future.

It depends on how far away the actual game will be from that second trailer. If it is a few months away then I think they will be an exact date. If it is over 8 months then it will be a rough guess such as 2013 Q3.

I found what I read. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I did think E3's Playstation content the PS Store was lacking IMO. I'm not referring to the quality of game's, but the quantity. This could explain that...

Surprisingly Sony is opening up a little about the PS4. Some notable news that came out of E3 is as follows.
Sony has confirmed that PS4 Games are in development. The vice president of SCEA’s, Scott Rohde, commented: “We’re not talking about when the machine is coming out, but I think anyone on the planet knows that, of course, games are in development.” “It’s just something that we didn’t feel was important to bring up this year. We had probably five or ten other games that probably deserved stage time today that didn’t get it.”

Hmmm...that seems like a rather odd statement to make.
Also, one wonders what "stage" of development these games are in.
In any case, the handful of games I have are already enough to keep me satisfied for at least a few more years. No need to rush things, Sony.

I hope so. It's already been a few years since GTA4 came out and I'm starting to get a bit impatient. It wouldn't be so bad if we had some idea of when this is coming out.

Just so you guys know, there's not going to be a release date announced. R* is planning to ship the game the same day the commercials start.
My nephew works at R* and told me that they're doing this because they're tired of all these topics on the internet. Thanks guys.
