Police

Anyone know if the police and law systems in GTA V will be more realistic than in GTA IV? Such as if there will be a system similar to Red Dead in which theres charges, imprisonment if arrested, different jurisdictions (such as a police force, sheriffs department, highway patrol, etc etc?). Just wondering because that'd be a pretty neat feature considering the law enforcement and AI is a large part of the games atmosphere.
