You have to buy this as soon as you see it. It is 3 of the greatest games, both in the series and the world, in one pack. GTA 3 takes place in Liberty City, a fictional version of New York City in 2001. It was the first game of this video game generation that had an amazing impact. You are Claude Speed. You have been betrayed and left for dead. You then go on missions to take revenge, unless the city gets you first. You'll have to do whatever it takes to stay out of trouble. The graphics aren't that good, but the other aspects of the game are so amazing, graphics aren't even a concern. The music is pretty good, especially since this was one of the first games with songs from so many genres instead of just a few. The game was so improved over the past generations games, its hard to believe that they are even in the same genre or series. Vice City is a fictional version of Miami in 1986. This was a great follow up for the amazing GTA 3. You are Tommy Vercetti. You are sent down to Vice City by your old boss, but things don't go too well. You have to fight back and take over the city. The graphics are great compared to GTA 3. The soundtrack is 10X better, with close to 100 songs which are all 80s hits that go perfect with this time period. For the first time, you can drive motorcycles. There are a lot more cars. Now the main character talks. You'll here him say things in the cutscenes, when you crash a vehicle into another vehicle, or when you target someone with a weapon. Now you can change your outfit to different things that you unlock throughout the missions. Now you can buy property( safehouses, stores, clubs, etc.) . San Andreas is a fictional version of California in 1992. It has the cities Los Santos(Los Angeles), San Fierro(San Francisco), and Las Venturas(Las Vegas). Each is about the size of Vice City. In between the cities, there is a desert and the countryside. San Andreas is not a city, its a state which is about 5X the size of Vice City. You are Carl Johnson. You escaped the problems of life in Los Santos and spent 5 years in Liberty City. You go back home because your mother has been murdered and your friends are headed towards disaster. A couple of cops screw with you and force you on a journey throughout the entire state. You have to take control of the streets and get everything settled. The graphics aren't that much better, but they still are. Of course you can change your outfit, but instead of main outfits, you can also change every part of the outfit(shirt, pants, shoes, etc.). The targeting system was improved by including an option between target lock or manual aim. There are so many vehicles, now including bicycles. The soundtrack is superb as expected, with now over 150 songs. The voice acting is perfect for the game, you even here the main character sing if you leave him just standing doing nothing for a while. Now you can customize your car by giving it nice paint jobs and lots of other things instead of just changing the color. Your can change your characters hair cut and give him tatoos. You can send him to the gym to work out and get ripped. You have to eat to keep up your energy and health. You can date girls as part of the side missions. You can parachute out of aerial vehicles and off of buildings. Now you can do 2-Player free roam. Instead of looking for hidden packages, you have to look for horshoes, snapshots, and graffitti tags. You can take control over the streets by completely killing your rival gangs. Each city is different, nothing alike. You can save pictures you take. AND, THE MOST ANTICIPATED THING WAITED FOR INT THE GTA SERIES, YOU CAN SWIM! You dont' die if you fall in the water. You have stats to improve your character. This is the best game in the series.
