its the best for a reason
This game does the job right. It has the entire city done right and it feels like you are in Californina. From the ghettos to downtown, without any loading screen between. Big, huge map which is well designed as if the game designers were doing city planning. For those parents who think this game just sells violence sex and drugs for quick money, think again. This is carefully made game and you can just see that if you just travel the city or should I say cities. There is THREE large cities in this game AND couple of little towns AND highways just like in real life. All the places you can travel without loading time. This time around you can go underwater too which just adds to the depth of the series which was already deep.
