Ive been playing with cheats on for the last several years. If it helps to know, I even used cheats when I was playing this in disk form on my 360. I haven't had any trouble, in fact Ive never even lost or corrupted a save file. My xbox is very, very old.

However, I heard of one small problem that occurs when you use too many cheats. Apparently, in the mission when you drive the pickup truck alongside the roof, waiting for Mad Dog to jump, overusing cheat codes can force him to jump much faster than you can control. However, this problem if fixed by just putting on a slomo cheat to give you time to react.
