Can you get infinite health without using a cheat code??

If you get a lot of shot(weapon) will you get infinite health?

Do the paramedic missions, they give you much increased helath. Beating the Vigilante missions also give you 150% armor increase.

No, you can not get infinite health without resorting to cheats.
