Hopefully the last in the "cash-in" GTA games from Rockstar (not to speak for everyone else of course).

Liberty City Stories is essentially the same game you played 4 or 5 years ago in the guise of Grand Theft Auto III. Only this time, the graphics and gameplay are compressed (or rather were compressed) for the PSP. Except for the motorcycles, all the gameplay innovations from Vice City and San Andreas have been wiped clean. You can't swim, you can't jump walls, you can't recruit people, and peds don't compliment you (or diss you) when you are walking past them on the street. It's basically Grand Theft Auto III-2. Liberty City Stories is a half-hearted re-tread of a popular franchise. Nothing more.
