Another GTA rehash brought to you by rockstar. Liberty Stories brings the same gameplay experience from the PS2
In the past, there have been previously made GTA games such as the one entitled to the GBA. None of them have really captured the 3D gaming experience which made the series great..
Because of the PSP hardware, GTA has a really unsettling frame rate, and the storyline, really doesnt go anywhere. All it is, just one mission after the other, thats it. Looks like rockstar didnt give the effort and time for the mission design. And many GTA fans feel that Liberty City Stories is just like a GTA III as an entirely new game.
For an in-depth look to the storyline, it really doesnt match the console titles in the series, because most of the time, very little detail actually happens, even inclduing the main plot. For example, when Toni finally becomes man, it is followed by the bad cutscene that really doesnt explain anything.
Although most gamers that played GTA, said it was a fun experience, it actually was. Sony and Rockstar are just making massive profit from the ever so many GTA titles. They obviously realise that millions of gamers will pay for the same titles over and over again, which seems to be the main outlook for the PSP right now.
Dont expect anything new from Liberty Stories, unless you have the need to play GTA anywhere on the go.
