It is actually better than GTA IV in aspect of story .

The story line is better than that of the original GTA IV but it's to short .
Most of the missions can be passed with a normal 9mm gun , you don't actually use guns to often and it's more like watching the story behind some of the characters in the official game .
The interaction with the world aside from your missions is completely unneeded , you almost never need money for anything since you almost never need anything , the missions with the arab guy are quite fun ,because he is actually a nutjob ,
it's sort of bad you can finish it in less than 6 hours , and paying for it is a waste of money .

So all in all ,what i can say about the game(expansion?) is: Rockstar made a good game from the GTA IV as we saw ,but the story here is actually more intriguing at least for me it was . The characters are very well made and the way the story was told ,actually made it quite fun to play .
The bad sides were : to short , to easy , vehicles sort of tend to try to kill you on their own if you go to fast ,even the best pro in NFS would find trouble not busting out of the windshield of the car . The air combat missions were to short and way to easy , ( chasing a car in a chopper never was so easy the only thing that makes it last longer is if the car goes into a garage and you wait outside till it pops out for a min or two). And last but not least , ( my opinion since 1st game ) they could make the characters run like humans not like some WoW - like troll !
