This game is the one that started the 3d gta adventures.
It has everything, from car chases to the best shooting action with an arsenal composed of more that 10 guns and more than 30 cars including some boats and an airplane.
The graphics are blocky sometimes. but they are not great for what you see, but for what you play, the big city all with small loading times was a technical achivement for 2001.
You can get 30+ hours of gameplay with this game, no situation will be the same, in gameplay terms everything is perfect, but the aim sometimes screws everything.
The sound is the best in series, you cannot only find great SFX but great radio stations, the voice acting is great too.
It is a bit easy if you stick to the storye missions but you can get much hours of gameplay if you dedicate to everything.
