Can you steal helicopters on the PSP one?

IDK, but if you used CWcheat, you will have a Heli
but you can't get it out.

Helicopters don't land, so you can't jack them. Also, the manual does not inform you of the flight controls, so most likely, you can't steal helicopters. Then again, the manual doesn't tell you how to honk the horn/turn the siren on/off in cars.

There is a mission with Chan (I think) where you do fly around, but he's driving and you just have to throw mollies at stuff.

You full ther is not cheta for helicopoter you can get them in a misson but you cant steal it
