Save your game. Load up your favorite hex editor and open your save game (*.gps). Now go to hex offset A8A. Change the data there so it reads 804a5d05. You should now have $90 million when you load up the game in Grand Prix Manager.

If you don't buy a motor in the first year, you will receive a free Nissan motor.
