This game is amazing, though it just missing something that GT Fans liked, but its a recommended game.

User Rating: 8.5 | Gran Turismo: The Real Driving Simulator PSP
Gran Turismo for the PSP is an amazing game. Even though the title is the same from the first Gran Turismo for PS1, except that its not really the same.

Gameplay:
There are 800+ cars to choose, everything are unlocked, there's a lot of course to choose, and more. When starting a game, you start off with CR. 100,000 and a random car in your garage. You could get to check your Status Report from what you did and the garage you have. There's a lot of things to see, but the only thing that is missing is Career Mode. It is really an important mode that GT fans liked it. In single player mode, you get to choose what you want to set up. There are 3 modes to choose Time Trial, Drift Trial and Single Race. In Single Race, you get to set up your own lap from 1 to 99 laps. Before setting up laps, you have to check the money prize of how many laps you needed depends on what tracks you chose. while Time Trial and Drift Trial is just a time mode. After you choose, you pick a car that you have, pick a course you liked, and then off you go. When choosing a course, they have some dirt race and a normal race. If your gonna pick a course, be sure you pick the right car that could support. Most of the cars can go on rally and normal, others don't go on rally, but only normal race. If your bored of doing the single race, you can do multiplayer or Driving Challenge to earn more Cr. Before talking about the Driving Challenge, lets talk about the multiplayer. The multiplayer has 3 modes, you can race with other player, you can share or you can just trade cars. When picking some kind of mode, there are 10 garages you want to choose. After picking a garage, the other player will enter your garage. Next thing im going to talk about was the Driving Challenge. While you know that it doesn't have a License Test, where you need to get the license in order to go on a race event, the Driving Challenge is really okay. There are a lot of Challenges to choose. You can't enter a really hard challenge until you passed the challenge. The challenges rewards you only money, that's it. You cannot get a car, only money. Next thing is the dealership. There are a lot of car company's, but they don't appear until next day and it will be random. Its only 4 slot that they placed. Most of the car company's are in the game unlike Gran Turismo for the console, for example, Ferrari is not in the GT series. After choosing a car, and buying it, you decide whether its gonna be in the favorite collection, or not. If you decide to favorite it, then you can tune your car. Unfortunately, there's only 30 slots of favorites, and you don't favorite it, then you can't tune it. The AI knows how to get trough easy, but they start off easy, until getting hard.

Graphics:
Graphics are awesome, the background is just normal, but the good thing is that its runs over 60 FPS. The car details are great.

Sound:
The music pretty much loops over and over, its awesome. The sound effects of the car are same, but most of them changed.

Overall:
While it might be missing a career mode and its a bit disappointing, it still a recommended game if you are a GT Fan or a racing fan game.
If your lucky that you bought it, then you'll have to wait for the new game for PS3 called "Gran Turismo 5" because you can transfer your cars from the PSP to the PS3 after it is released.
