yea, i played the demo for this and i all i gotta say is jeez seriously NFS Shift looks way better than this, hell PGR 4 looks better. dont know why you would pay $50 for a goddamn demo.

Lame video with only one cam, the worst driver, same old circuit, no car damage shown, no real simulation physics... 27 years in the making for this average crap?! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I highly agree 100% with SpunkyB0B. it looks so crap & arcadey, the demo also 10 times worst than the forza 3 demo. Sorry Polyphony digital but you FAIL! lol Imma stick with Forza!

Meh!!.... Looks OK, there will prob be F4 before this is released though :P You can see its arcade just by him hitting the wall in first corner.... he didn't even spin out. GT5 for quick games without thinking too much. F3 for people who are car enthusiasts who are happy to tune and drive more expertly.

why are people already comparing GT5 and Forza3? First of all GT5 hasn't even come out yet. Secondly GT5 has around 6 months of advantage. It hasn't even come out yet and they release in different time frames. And I'm also sure they're great in their own ways. Personally though I didn't get Forza3 I'm holding up till GT5.

gran turismo vs forza: wats good about gran turismo: 1:much better graphics,2:better physics(in my opinion),3:more cars,4:better car sounds(if u dont believe me, compare the f430s and 599 gtb's sounds in gt and forza),5:more AI opponents in the race,6:more car types (f1,WRC,NASCAR) wats good about forza: 1:porsche,masserati,koenigsegg,2:better tyre screeching sound(its kinda silly to mention it but gt's sound is really bad,i think theyre gonna change it)3:better replay options,4:better damaging model and customization. im sure fanboys from both sides will disagree,and i think gran turismo 5 will be much better than forza 3 wich is an excellent racing game in its own right

@ TAKESHI maybe he's not used to using steering wheel controller but dang!! common sense should told him to slow down on corners. minimise his slipping. I practice everyday on GT3 with steering wheel and never slip or slide. preparing myself for GT5

LMFAO it took him the best part of 3 minutes to do one lap of the R246 in a 458 Italia... Could GS not have shot that video while someone decent was playing.. and with cockpit view?

i loved GT on ps1... Was deeply impressed as it was nothing like other before. Loved GT4 on ps2 too.. But its not setting up the standards anymore since Forza 2 came out.. AND FOR GODS SAKE EVEN IF THEY PUT 10000 CARS IN IT I AM NOT BUYING A GAME THAT REPLICATES VACUUM MACHINE SOUNDS RATHER THAN ENGINE\EXHAUST NOTES.... IS THIS SO HARD TO DO?? I MEAN ITS NOT ALL ABOUT GRAPHICS YOU KNOW..

One thing I've never figured out, why they haven't implemented that real car feel to it. When you shift in a real car, there's a push in acceleration and a slight stall. When you hit a wall with a real car, there's some major recoil. If they wanna be "the real driving simulator", they have to at least improve how the car actually drives compared to real life. Especially with 4 years of development, they should be able to throw it in easy.

@Last_Grimreaper The cars do too take real damage and impact...

this game seems to bee the same as GT4 tbh. AI still sucks and handling is just slightly improved, also the cars do not suffer from impact. nice graphics, ok. but meh

dam this guy sucks (must have been playing his forza before the shoot), yea guys definitely cockpit view if youve got the whole set up with gear stick and everything ......release date couple days before my birthday, hmmm you know what ill be getting

That HUD is way too spread out. It's meant to be a simulation game.

i have done this race like a million times in GT3 and GT4... i cant stand to look at it anymore! the graphics also look like PS2. though i must admit that the video is not in HQ

bubbenman, a exclusive like this would definitely have better graphics than forza 3 in my opinion especially since they been working on the game for the yrs I mean they wouldnt want to let down there gt5 fans right ? plus since they have all that space to work with on blueray I think alot more can be done to the game than forza 3 but dont get me wrong forza 3 is a great game too Im getting it also :)
