**Photohunt Round 77: Euro Hot Hatch**

Practical, yet sportive. It's the realistic dream car for many before retirement, and in history some of the cars that took place on rally racing's grandest stage, Group B. This is not some cool sportscar, this is...the Euro Hot Hatch.

Have to clarify on something here: this is NOT open to all cars that are technically hatchbacks. I mention this because a previous seasonal (from way back) let players exploit the term and enter the event with F430's and Esprit's. You already may know what cars fit in the category, but if not, stick to these particular guidelines:

Vehicles of this class are based on family-oriented automobiles, and are equipped with an uprated more powerful internal combustion engine, improved suspension, and may also include additional 'aerodynamic' body parts and larger wheels and tyres. Front-mounted petrol engines, together with front-wheel drive, is the most common powertrain layout, although some can be specified as diesel-powered, and rear or four-wheel drive hot hatches are also available.

Theme Rules:
- Production hatchbacks only (am considering the Civic Type R, Nissan Pulsar/Sunny and Mazda Axela legal as they are available in Europe)
- European locations only.
- No restriction on filters

That's an interesting one. I've seen the AE86 classified in the "Hot Hatch" bunch, and it is carrying off of the "family" Corolla line at the time. I would say it's fair game.

86GT however, will not qualify. It's a separate car altogether from Toyota's lineup and has been viewed as a sports coupe.

Yeah, same with the 5 Turbo. While mechanically very different, they were tied to the original cars. And FWIW wikipedia recognizes both as Hot Hatches.
