Remember GT2? Samething only with 4 this time.Yay!

Yeah ok.If GT3 was nothing but a graphic upgrade then what can you say about GT4 then?GT4 is basically GT2 with new coat of paint because it bought back the car count to GT2's level.It adds a new B-spec mose that nobody will care about because watching the computer drive is like zero fun.And they falied to add an online mode to boot even though it was suppossed to be in.Overall this game was a huge waste of time and probably your money too had you bought it.Because it is yet more the same,and seeing how this is the 4th version of the game that is completely unacceptable.it seems to me that polyphony digital isn;t really doing much to improve the game and makes me worried as to what the next GT will have on the PS3.The fact of the matter is folks that this game has had nothing new of substance added to it since the game was first made.It still has the same amount of cars on track at the same time which is like 5,...it actually has less custamization now than the PS1 versions.They have done nothing to improve the unrealistic pitstop that has no pit crew or nothing.Still no damage modeling yet everyone knows thier reson for not including it is a complete lie.No online play.It seems the only thing Polyphony does is wrok on the graphics and the user interface which I find to be annoting that it changes every game btw the way becuase it makes it so you have to search ariound for the car you want with every new release.
If you have to have this game for the PS2 then this is the one to get since it is the better of the two because it does have a higher car count.
So better than GT3,.but really nothing new to get excited about because you have now played this exact same game 4 times.Thumbs down to Polyphony Digital for doing absolutely nothing for an entire generation of this game.They really lost my respect and I got to say i have little faith in them getting it back as I wouldn;t be surprised at all if the GT5 end up being nothing but a graphic upgrade.If it end up more,,great,......
And though I would reccomend this one over 3 it still gets a worse rating because as the 4th in the series it has no reason to be the exact same game at this point.
