Gold's Gym: Cardio Workout Official Movie 1 (Wii)

I own this game, and being someone who got tired of traditional gyms, I can say this game (plus a pair of dumbbells, maybe) effectively replaces any fitness coach. This game won't make you buy a Wii, but as Booleee said, if you already own it, you can't go wrong with it. Having a Wii Balance Board is a plus, but not required.

Personaly i aint spending money on a wii + balanceboard and a nunchuch to do some basic workouts. But for ppl that allready own that it can be a good start to a healthy life

I use my Wii Fit, but I also like to exercise normally and go for walks. People need to have fun excercising with and without video games.

In other words no one really wants to get of the couch and go for a god damn walk anymore , you excessive in game wow that's so clever no one minds if Nintendo basically calls you fat
