THE GOOD:
> Precise control with a superb amount of depth;
> Unsurpassed weapons, both in variety and fun to use;
> Big and very well designed levels;
> Superb A.I. combined with unique level objectives and a clever alarm system, makes the game challenging and really makes you feel like a secret agent, even better than the one in the movie;
> Realistic sound effects;
> Immersive and very well implemented soundtracks;
> Creative and enjoyably challenging multiple difficulty levels;
> Addictive multi-player mode, with some sub-modes and full of customizable options, that you will not stop playing for a long time...

THE BAD:
> ...although there is only a handful great multi-player levels, the others aren't so great;
> Lacks voices;
> Lacks the main soundtrack from the movie;
> Sometimes you can see an arm of the enemy going through the door, and you can hit him even though it is impossible to shoot through the door; - Most missions are frustratingly hard to clear in the harder difficulties, especially for less-hardcore gamers.

FINAL WORDS:
A revolutionary first-person-shooter game. The overall experience is so good that most bad things about the game seem insignificant. The best movie-to-game transition to date, where the game is even better than the movie it's based on; A very fun game to play even to those who didn't really liked this genre before (like me). The best offline multiplayer mode ever created. An instant classic in every aspect of its design. Probably, not only the best Nintendo 64 shooter, but also the best game of this genre in any system. (comparing with those released before it, of course).
