1997-BronzeEye 007. 2011-RustyEye 007. It was never Silver...

It's just a great game inspired after a James Bond Movie so it wasn't required a great amount of creatity & originality to do it, they just watched the movie & decided to make a game after it.It was made by that British company named Rare that made DKC & other stuff.
The thing that pisses me off is that everybody says how revolutionary this game is, man they know nothing! They are just blinded by the fact that it was made on the beloved N64 & that's it.
-MDK was the first shooter to make use of the sniper scope & it even had the zoom in/out ability.
-Quake was the first FPS to have multiplayer.
-Tomb Raider was the first shooter to have automatic targeting.
WTF?Seriously...oh, 007 was the first to have Multiplayer on a console that's correct but that doesn't matter too much, what matters the most is which game was the first overall on any game system to have the multiplayer option & that one, i repeat, was Quake in 1996.
I don't know how is the movie Goldeneye, i've never seen it because i'm not interested in James Bond movies but this game rocks! There are 7 or 8 Missions with a total of 20 Submissions.Throughout the whole game you have clear objectives, go there & do that, there is no mindless killing, that is what i like the most-it's a very intelligent shooter not like UT or CS or other stuff like that. You have a wide variety of weapons & my favourite is the shotgun, as usual. There is nothing Fictional here & i'm a SF afficionado, fan so it somehow dissapoints me after all.At the end of the game you chase a guy named Trevelyan to kill him in a mission named The Craddle. The only ally of Bond is a woman named Natalya that works at the Severnaya facility. My favourite part of the game is when Bond pilots a Tank on the streets & my favourite mission is in the Jungle:-Welcome to the Jungle Bond, you're gonna dieeee:)The music is great but the graphics are absolutely horrible, as horrible as the graphics of Silent Hill, but at least Silent Hill has great lighting effects...but i've heard there is a remake called Goldeneye 007:Source with updated graphics & stuff like that. This game also got an indirect sequel called Perfect Dark which is cyberpunk so it has SF in it therefore i might like it better than this one.
Overall, i don't know who the heck came out with the ideea that this game is Revolutionary, there's not even a single revolutionary thing about it-it's just a Great FPS made after a...names Bond...James Bond...after a James Bond movie.
