I was surprised, so much gore so little time.

I was surprised on how good this game is. For some reason I never got interested in it until a friend strongly offered it to me to borrow. It's a hack and slash with pretty good graphics for a ps2 game. It has an interesting story; you are a Kratos, a Spartan who pledged to serve Aires the God of War in exchange for ultimate power. At the start of the game you are given nothing other than the blades attached to your arms but as you progress you obtain new swords, magic and many fighting moves. Your mission is to find Pandora's Box and defeat Aires after realizing what you've become. Easily this game is a classic for ps2. It does have a lot of puzzle solving. This game only took me around 8-10 hours to beat but it's still worth playing. It's pulled me into playing God of War 2, It's supposed to be amazing and visually superb. Look for my review soon.
